Manufacturing Planning and Control system (MPC), Sistem Perencanaan dan Pengendalian Manufakturing adalah sistem yang bersangkutan dengan perencanaan dan pengendalian semua aspek manufaktur, termasuk mengelola bahan/ material, penjadwalan mesin dan tenaga kerja, dan mengkoordinasikan supplier dan customer utama.
Karena aktivitas ini berubah seiring waktu dan merespon secara berbeda terhadap pasar yang dan strategi perusahaan, training ini memberikan sebuah model untuk mengevaluasi respon terhadap perubahan lingkungan yang kompetitif.
