- Planning (MRP), eksekusi planning berupa Production Activity Control (PAC) dan Purchasing, dan Capacity Planning.
- Memahami step by step elemen MPC dan keterkaitan antar masing2 elemen.
- Menerapkan system MPC dalam lingkungan perusahaan / industry yg berbeda-beda
- Latihan menggunakan template, formula, perhitungan, dll
